We're a laid-back Baptist church where you can come as you are, meet real people, and hear Christ-centered preaching from the Bible each week. Our Sunday Worship Gathering starts at 10:30 AM, and we'd love to have you join us this week!
When and Where
- Worship Gathering: Sundays at 10:30 AM
- Location: 1637 Holland Road, Suffolk VA 23434
- Look for: Our greeters at the Welcome Tent and front doors who can help you find kid's check-in, restrooms, and a seat.
What To Expect
Our service is blended in style: you'll hear a mix of hymns and modern songs, led in a simple heartfelt way. Service last about 60-75 minutes and typically include congregational singing, Scripture reading, prayer, and an expository sermon that applies God's Word to everyday life.
Dress is casual -- jeans, polos, or whatever you're comfortable in.
Kids & Families
We love families and do our best to make Sundays easy for parents.
- Nursery and preschool care are available during the 10:30 AM Worship Gathering.
- Elementary-aged kids have Children's Church in a safe, age-appropriate Bible with with screened volunteers.
- You'll check your children in at our kids' area, where we use a simple system for secure drop-off and pick-up.
If you'd prefer to keep your kids with you in the service, that's completely fine too! We also offer a Mother Baby room with the live feed from the sanctuary and space to tend to your baby.
A few common questions:
- Will I be singled out as a guest? No. We're friendly, but you won't be asked to stand or introduce yourself publicly.
- Do I need to bring anything? Just yourself. If you have a Bible, we encourage you to bring it; if not, we provide Bibles and put the passage on the screens.
- What if I'm not sure what I believe yet? You're welcome here. We're glad for anyone who wants to explore who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him.
