D-Groups

We believe in the command of Jesus to go make disciples. One way we are attempting to fulfill this command here in Suffolk at HBC is by gathering in a group of 3-5 for a 12 to 18 month period of accelerated spiritual growth. Each group has a lead, and it's centered around the Bible, journaling through Scripture, memorizing Scripture, Accountability, and Prayer. The aim of these groups are to be immersed in the Word in a group setting and to be transformed by the Scripture. Not only that, but it is also the aim that these groups replicate themselves, so at the end of the time period, each member is encouraged to start a new group as the lead.
